LTC Global Announces the Acquisition of Insurance Producers Alliance, Inc. and Insurance Producers Alliance of America, Inc.

MEDFORD, Ore. --
LTC Global, Inc. today announced that it has completed the
acquisition of Insurance Producers Alliance of America, Inc. (IPAA), a
privately held Long Term Care Insurance agency based in Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida, and a related company, Insurance Producers Alliance,
Inc. (IPA). William J. Borosak, Jr., principal of IPAA and IPA, joined
Gelbwaks Insurance Services, Inc. (GIS) as Regional Sales Director in
connection with the acquisitions. GIS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of
LTC Global with offices in Plantation, Florida.
The acquisition of IPAA and IPA supports LTC Global's strategy to
expand its national LTCi distribution network. "IPAA, IPA and Bill
Borosak have a long track record of sales and marketing success, and
we are very pleased to have the opportunity to integrate this fine
operation into the LTC Global family," said Thomas A. Skiff, Chief
Executive Officer of LTC Global.
IPAA represents LTC Global's third substantial South Florida LTCi
agency acquisition, and sixth agency acquisition overall, since March

Services, Inc. (Deerfield Beach, Florida), Senior WealthCare Insurance
