NAPLES, Fla. --
Health Management Associates, Inc. (NYSE:HMA) announced today that
its management will give a presentation at the Bank of America 2008
Healthcare Conference to be held May 13-15, 2008 at the Four Seasons
Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
HMA's management will give its presentation on Wednesday, May 14,
2008 at 10:00 a.m. PT. The presentation will be webcast live over the
Internet via HMA's website (http://www.hma.com). Listeners are
encouraged to go to the Investor Relations section of HMA's website
approximately five minutes prior to the event to register and download
any necessary media player software.
