International Assets to Host Earnings Conference Call

International Assets Holding Corporation (the
"Company") (Nasdaq:IAAC) today announced that it intends to release
its fiscal 2008 2nd Quarter results after the market close on May 12,
2008. In addition, the Company will host a conference call regarding
its fiscal 2008 2nd Quarter results on May 13, 2008 at 4:30 p.m.
Eastern Time, to review these results with the investment community.
Shareholders and other interested parties are invited to participate
in the call by dialing 1 (888) 615-7151 and requesting conference ID
40806894, International Assets fiscal 2008 2nd Quarter Earnings with
host Scott Branch. The call will include a question and answer
segment. Questions and answers will be limited to information directly
relating to 2nd Quarter results.
