Bengals waive two

The Cincinnati Bengals waived linebackers Anthony Schlegel and Roy Manning on Thursday.
Schlegel, a third-year player from Ohio State, played in 13 games, including five starts, for the Bengals last season. He had 34 tackles on defense and four special teams tackles.
Manning, a fourth-year player from Michigan played in five games and had seven special teams tackles for Cincinnati last season.
