The San Diego Chargers signed offensive tackle L.J. Shelton to a two-year contract on Tuesday.
In his 10-year career, the 6-foot-6, 345-pounder has started 125 games for Arizona (1999-2004), Cleveland (2005) and Miami (2006-07), and has played both the guard and tackle positions on the offensive line.
Shelton was Arizona's first round pick -- 21st overall -- in the 1999 NFL Draft.
