Phony breast-exam doctor off to jail for 13 months

An 81-year-old man who admitted posing as a doctor and giving free breast exams to women at a Lauderdale Lakes apartment complex in 2006 was sentenced on Friday to serve the next 13 months in prison.Phillip Winikoff, of Coconut Creek, will also serve three years of community control followed by 15 years of sex offender probation once he gets out of Florida state prison.By the time he's done answering for his crimes, he will be 100 years old.
