Weight loss tips

Some of fitness expert Terrence Thomas' tips for permanent weight loss:
Establish your principles. For example: I will eat breakfast five of seven days a week. Or I will have alcohol only on the weekends.
Prioritize your effort. The chemical (prescription medications), physical (lack of exercise) and mental (social pressures) aspects of weight gain must be considered. Determine which one of the three facets requires the most attention and start there.
Focus on fat loss instead of weight loss. Have your body composition measured.
Stay hydrated.
Learn proper exercise techniques.
You are what you eat. Consume foods with a high concentration of nutrients per calorie.
