MIAMI GARDENS
A burglar made off with a purse, a wallet, $120, a bank card and a Social Security card after crawling through a window at a house in the 2500 block of Northwest 179th Terrace at 1:15 a.m. May 1. The stolen items were valued at $126.
Burglars took two televisions, a laptop computer and another computer from a house in the 700 block of Northwest 214th Street between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. April 28. The stolen items were valued at $8,960.
A burglar made off with a television and PlayStation from a house in the 20600 block of Northwest 39th Court between 9 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. April 30. The stolen items were valued at $2,900.
A burglar made off with jewelry, a computer, $80 and other items from a house in the 2300 block of Northwest 181st Terrace between 2 and 6:45 p.m. April 29. The stolen items were valued at $10,032.
WESTVIEW
A thief drove away with a 1997 Nissan Sentra from the 12700 block of Northwest 27th Avenue between 9 p.m. April 29 and 7:45 a.m. April 30.
A thief drove away with a 1998 Nissan Sentra from the 12400 block of Northwest 27th Avenue between 9:45 p.m. April 29 and midnight April 30.
MIAMI SPRINGS
A thief stole a luggage bag containing food, $30 and a checkbook from a hotel in the 5000 block of Northwest 36th Street between 9:45 p.m. March 8 and noon April 23. The items were valued at $85.
ACADIA PARK AREA
A thief drove away with a 2002 Ford Explorer in the 18500 block of Northwest 62nd Avenue between 4 p.m. May 3 and 8 a.m. May 4.
Thieves stole four tires and rims, two bank cards and other items after breaking a door lock on a 2004 BMW in the 18800 block of Northwest 57th Avenue between 7 p.m. April 29 and 6:30 a.m. April 30. The stolen items were valued at $5,004. Damage was estimated at $205.
PALM SPRINGS NORTH AREA
A thief drove away with a 2007 Ford Fusion in the 6800 block of Northwest 173rd Drive between 7 p.m. May 1 and 8 a.m. May 2.
MIAMI LAKES AREA
A burglar stole a handgun after breaking a French door at a house in the 7400 block of Northwest 169th Street between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. May 1. The gun was valued at $454. Damage was estimated at $200.
A thief tried to break a door on a 2005 Ford F-150 in the 17200 block of Northwest 64th Avenue between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. April 30. Damage was estimated at $75.
NORTH GLADE AREA
A thief drove away with a 2003 Ford F-350 in the 17200 block of Northwest 57th Avenue between 9:15 and 10 p.m. May 2.
A thief drove away with a 1994 Honda Accord in the 17100 block of Northwest 57th Avenue between 5 and 7 p.m. May 3.
A burglar stole two computers and an iPod after breaking a door at a house in the 5500 block of Northwest 182nd Street between 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. May 1. The stolen items were valued at $2,900. Damage was estimated at $100.
HIALEAH
A thief stole a purse, a cellphone and a Florida driver's license after smashing a window of a 2007 Toyota Corolla at a U-Gas station, 900 E. 49th St., between 6:15 and 6:30 a.m. April 27. The owner briefly stepped away from the car to pay for gas. The stolen items were valued at $350.
A thief made off with a cellphone valued at $110 from a house in the 1600 block of West 44th Place between 2:00 and 5:00 a.m. April 26.
A thief drove away with a 1988 Mitsubishi in the 6600 block of West Second Court between 1 and 9 a.m. April 25.
A burglar made off with a plasma television after picking a lock at a home in the 300 block of West 18th Street between 8:45 and 11:30 a.m. April 25. The resident heard the burglar but went back to sleep thinking it was another roommate in the home. The TV was valued at $1,000.
A thief drove away with a 2006 Ford outside Best Buy, 4001 W. 20th Ave., between 3 and 3:30 p.m. April 25.
A burglar made off with several brands of body lotion valued at $300 after entering a home in the 6500 block of West 27th Court between 8 a.m. and 8:15 p.m. April 25.
UNINCORPORATED MIAMI-DADE
Fire-rescue workers broke a window of a 2001 Toyota Camry in the 700 block of Ives Dairy Road at 6 p.m. April 30 after a 9-month-old infant was locked inside. The baby was treated at the scene. Damage was estimated at $150.
A thief broke two windows of a 1996 Ford Taurus in the 100 block of Northwest 83rd Street at 5:45 a.m. April 29. Damage was estimated at $500.
A burglar broke a glass door at a restaurant in the 1500 block of Northeast 205th Street between 10:30 p.m. April 28 and 6:30 a.m. April 29. The intruder searched a register, which was empty. Damage was estimated at $200.
A thief broke three windows of a 1998 Dodge Intrepid in the 10000 block of Northwest Fifth Avenue at 6 p.m. April 28. Damage was estimated at $150.
A thief stole a laptop computer from a 1990 Cadillac as the owner purchased gas at the Hess station at the corner of 167th Street and North Miami Avenue at 6:15 p.m. April 28. The laptop was valued at $2,015.
NORTH MIAMI
A thief stole an iPod and a purse containing identification cards, credit cards and $20 cash after punching out a door lock on a 1997 Toyota Rav4 in the 1100 block of Northeast 134th Street between 1:30 and 2 a.m. April 27. The stolen items were valued at $500. Damage was estimated at $200.
A thief smashed a window on a 2007 Mitsubishi Galant in the 13300 block of West Dixie Highway, making off with a purse containing identification cards, credit cards and a money order for $750 between 5 and 7:30 p.m. April 26.
A thief stole a 2007 Yamaha motorcycle in the 14900 block of Royal Oaks Lane at 5:30 p.m. April 26.
Burglars broke a padlock and pried open a sliding glass door at the Farm Store, 12899 W. Dixie Hwy., making off with 30 packs of cigarettes and two boxes of cigars at 1 a.m. April 27. The stolen items were valued at $111.
