A man who had barricaded himself inside his Fort Lauderdale home was found dead by police at about 11:20 p.m. Thursday night. Police were called to the home in the 2100 block of Northeast 54th Court at about 5:45 p.m., police spokesman Sgt. Frank Sousa said.
