A South Florida classic, the Jungle Queen travels down the New River past historic downtown Fort Lauderdale to JungleQueen Indian Village, home to monkeys, exotic birds and alligators. Cruises last three hours; dinner cruises featuring a variety show are available nightly.

The company also offers dance cruises, with the DJ playing a little bit of everything to keep everyone happy.

GOCAR TOUR
MIAMI
Take a drive through Miami in a talking GoCar. The GPS-guided tours guide drivers down Ocean Drive, over the Venetian Causeway and through downtown Miami, narrating the sights along the way in English, Spanish or German. Each driver decides where to go and how much time to spend, says Carlos Trivino, marketing and sales director for the company's Miami operations. The GoCar is a small, yellow two-seater that looks more like a go kart and travels up to 40 mph.

AIRBOAT TOURS
WEST BROWARD
Experience the South Florida Everglades by night with a flashlight-illuminated hunt for alligators run by Sawgrass Recreation Park. The nighttime trips allow riders to spot more alligators and wildlife than traditional daytime tours; on clear, warm nights, riders can see 75 to 100 alligators, says captain Charles Peiffer.

HISTORY ON THE MOVE

Take a walk on Miami's historic side, with tours organized by the Historical Museum of Southern Florida. Options include walking tours of Little Havana, boat tours of Stiltsville in Biscayne Bay and Metromover tours featuring Miami's black history; all are led by local historians Paul George or Frank W. Schena.
