Yoga to the Rescue for Back Pain shows how therapeutic yoga exercises can improve posture, ease pressure and relieve tightness. It shows the right and wrong way to perform the exercises and offers alternate easy positions.
3-in-1 Total Body Fitness has a 20-minute workout for each of the Big 3: cardio, strength and flexibility. It mixes low-impact cardio with toning exercises as well as yoga and simple stretches. Includes Spanish audio.
Step-by-Step Tai Chi includes a 60-movement Yang-form practice to help reduce stress and increase flexibility.
