ALL MY CHILDREN: Even though Adam turned down her marriage proposal, Annie is determined to become Mrs. Adam Chandler. To take the heat off Kendall, Zach took a shot at Adam and framed Annie for the deed. Annie was arrested, but Adam, who began to believe Annie's theory that she was framed, got her released from jail. A judge agreed to delay Kendall's murder trial (for Stuart's death), but Jesse had to arrest her when her trial went back on the docket. After agreeing to help Annie, Jack accused Zach of setting her up. Ryan had Emma hospitalized when she became unresponsive. After Adam was brought to the hospital with chest pains, Emma sneaked out of her room and told Adam that they both know Annie didn't kill Stuart. Jake warned Amanda, who can't stay away from baby Trevor, that she has to keep away from the child or David could find out that he's alive. Liza worried about a colicky baby Stuart. Taylor and Tad kissed.

How Edwards used wealthy heiress to fund love-child coverup

RALEIGH, N.C. — Payments from a wealthy heiress to the Mellon fortune through a Monroe, N.C., interior decorator helped subsidize the cover-up of John Edwards' affair with Rielle Hunter.

The decorator, Bryan Huffman, eventually became the conduit for as much as $700,000 from Rachel "Bunny" Mellon what the Edwards camp called "Bunny money" to help cover the expenses of Rielle Hunter and Andrew Young, the aide who claimed to be the father of her baby.

Mellon's money was part of more than $1.5 million that Young told ABC News was used for the cover-up. He said the money paid for a coast-to-coast odyssey that included trips on private jets, expensive lodging and even a BMW for Hunter. Some of the money, he said, also came in cash from the late Fred Baron, a Texas lawyer and Edwards' friend.

Palin e-mails suggest husband's role in governing

E-mails shed new light on Todd Palin's role while his wife was Alaska's governor, showing that the one-time oil field worker's advice was sought on board appointments and suggesting he was close to matters related to state government, his wife's image and politics.

Relatively few of the messages obtained as part of a public records request were sent by Todd Palin himself.

Rather, his personal e-mail address is included on messages sent by administration staff, top aides to then-Gov. Sarah Palin and Palin on topics ranging from use of the state plane to day-to-day governing issues and oil and gas legislation that Palin made a hallmark of her 2 1/2 years in office.
