Coconut Grove Festivities: (See Barnacle Picnic entry.) A coconut scavenger hunt begins at the bull sculpture in the Mayfair Passage (Grand Avenue near Mary Street) at 3:15 p.m. Hot dog eating contest at 4:30 p.m. at Cocowalk (3015 Grand Ave., Coconut Grove). Festivities continue in Peacock Park (2820 McFarlane Rd.) with live entertainment by Ryan Stone Music, First October, JT4 and Campo Deluxe. George's in the Grove Cyclist's Special Breakfast: George's celebrates the Fourth and the start of the Tour de France (July 4-26).
