Plantation police need help identifying woman found dead in parking lot

Plantation police detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman who was dead early Sunday morning in a parking lot.

The department has labeled the woman’s death as “suspicious.”

According to police, her body was found at about 8:45 a.m. in a lot at 1 N. University Dr.

The woman has dark hair, is about five-feet-four-inches, weighs about 130 to 145 pounds and appears to be 35-45 years-old. She was wearing brown pants, a cream colored shirt and black flats and has several tattoos and a nose ring, police said.

Anyone with any information is urged to call the Plantation Police Department at 954-797-2100 or anonymously through Broward Crime Stopper at 866-493-TIPS.
