Dwyane Wade & Gabrielle Union: Top secret wedding location

We are left wondering where Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union are going to get hitched at the end of next month. A peek of the invite leaked on TMZ says to “put on your dancing shoes” for a “throw down.” An enclosed note with blacked-out words tells guests to meet up at a hotel, where they will be transported to the wedding site. If they prefer to drive, attendees are directed to call a number for instructions on how to get to the venue that is “45 to 50 minutes south of South Beach.” Um, the Biltmore? Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne? Private estate? Your guess is as good as ours.

Although Burt Reynolds is facing foreclosure and frail health, Closer Weekly reports the Palm Beach County resident, 78, wants/needs to keep working. The mag spoke to Mel Brooks, who may want to team up with Reynolds again. “He’s a witty guy who never leaned on his good looks,” the legendary comedian said. “He was in Silent Movie and asked for a certain amount of money. I cut it in half, and he just took it. No argument.” Doubtful Reynolds would pull that move these days. “Here’s a guy who was at the top of his game and what does he do with his money and time? He invests it in a theater in Jupiter, Florida,” John D’Aquino, a former student tells Closer of the theater Reynolds opened in 1979. “It was very expensive to do, and I think he sunk all his money into it. It was financial suicide.” The Smokey and the Bandit star also reportedly still owes hundreds of thousands to ex Loni Anderson from their divorce two decades ago.

Kelly Bensimon may have read that recent study by the U.S. National Bureau of Economic Research naming New York as the unhappiest city in the country. Because it’s looking like the former Real Housewives star wants to set down stakes here. Page Six reports that Bensimon has enlisted the help of fellow Bravolebrity Chad Carroll, one of the three real estate agents featured on Million Dollar Listing: Miami.

From ‘Downton Abbey,’ Dan Stevens goes to being a most welcome ‘Guest’

It’s been almost two years since Dan Stevens’ beloved Downton Abbey character, Matthew Crawley, met with an untimely end, and some die-hard fans of the PBS costume drama still may not quite be over it.
