Chelsea signing Filipe Luis from Atletico Madrid

The Associated Press

Chelsea says a deal has been struck with Atletico Madrid to sign defender Filipe Luis.

Chelsea has already raided Atletico Madrid to strengthen in the summer transfer window, Spain striker Diego Costa joining on a five-year contract on Tuesday.
