Wimbledon, England (SportsNetwork.com) - World No. 26 Nicolas Almagro pulled out of Wimbledon, citing a left foot injury.

The Spanish clay-court specialist has never made it past the third round at the lone grass-court Grand Slam.

The withdrawal of the 25th seed means Canada's Vasek Pospisil has been promoted into the seedings at No. 31, with Russia's Dmitry Tursunov remaining at 32.

Wimbledon 2014 will commence Monday at the All England Club.
