As the weather heats up, South Florida home builder Lennar is offering deals on hundreds of ready-to-move-in condos, villas, townhomes, and single-family and estate homes at its popular communities throughout Miami-Dade county, a company spokesperson says.

Buyers who act now during Lennar’s Summer Sales Fest New Home Sales Event can receive savings and special incentives on Lennar’s collection of move-in-ready homes with thousands of dollars in included features and upgrades, unbeatable locations and many with grand clubhouses and amenities, says the spokesperson.

In the city of Doral, Lennar’s St. Maarten at Grand Bay has move-in-ready, elegant condominiums starting from the mid $200,000s. Offering seven sleek designs with two to three bedrooms and up to 1,500 air-conditioned square feet of living space, each of the innovative homes is loaded with upgrades and a “maintenance-free” lifestyle for a monthly fee.

Buyers with growing families looking for more space will find the expansive, luxury homes a delight in the two-story Presidential and Executive Estate Collections available for immediate move-in at the Isles at Grand Bay gated community in Doral. Starting from the mid $500,000s, the Presidential Estates boast four to five bedrooms, and up to 3,858 air-conditioned square feet of living space. The Executive Estates homes, starting from the upper $400,000s, feature three to five bedrooms and up to 2,775 air-conditioned square feet.

The collections of home designs embody true elegance with thousands of dollars in luxury upgrades including granite countertops, natural wood cabinets, GE stainless steel appliances, 18-inch ceramic tiles and the Nexia home automation system, says the spokesperson. A select number of estate homes remain in the collections’ final phase, adds the spokesperson.

At Silver Palms in Miami-Dade, Lennar offers the Royal Collection of single-family homes. Buyers can choose from seven models with up to 2,920 air-conditioned square feet of living space, priced from the mid-$200,000s. Each three-, four- and five-bedroom home includes an attached two-car garage. The Brentwood model offers Lennar’s highly sought-after NEXTGEN - The Home Within a Home design complete with its own private entry, bedroom, bath, kitchenette and living area, making it perfect for elderly parents or weekend guests.

Silver Palms’ Sable Collection features five townhome models with two-story designs and accessible price points starting in the upper $100,000s, says the spokesperson. Each three- and four- bedroom townhome offers up to nearly 1,760 air-conditioned square feet of living space and comes fully equipped with a garage, Spanish-style roof and exterior stone, a GE appliance package including washer and dryer, and available covered entries.

Both Silver Palms and Grand Bay offer expansive clubhouses, complete with pools, state-of-the-art fitness centers, and parks and recreational areas.

Each of the move-in-ready homes features Lennar’s famed “Everything’s Included” package. The collections at Isles at Grand Bay, St. Maarten at Grand Bay and Silver Palms include thousands of dollars of included upgrades and features and builder warranties at no additional cost, adds the spokesperson.
