Marlins call up Bour

St. Petersburg, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Miami Marlins called up infielder Justin Bour from Triple-A New Orleans prior to Wednesday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays.

Following Tuesday's 1-0 win over the Rays, the club optioned struggling second baseman Derek Dietrich to New Orleans.

Bour was batting .330 with 20 doubles, nine homers and 36 RBI in 55 games with New Orleans.

Dietrich was hitting .246 with five doubles, two triples, five home runs and 16 RBI in 41 games this season.

Miami also transferred pitcher Carter Capps to the 60-day disabled list.
