Packers ink first-round pick Clinton-Dix

Green Bay, WI (SportsNetwork.com) - The Green Bay Packers officially announced the signing of safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, the 21st overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, on Friday.

Financial terms of the deal were not released, but all first-round picks sign four-year pacts, with the club holding an option for a fifth year.

A 6-foot-1, 208-pounder out of Alabama, Clinton-Dix totaled 46 tackles, two interceptions and 1 1/2 tackles for loss in 10 games during his junior season in 2013.

He spent the last two seasons as the Crimson Tide's starting free safety and racked up seven interceptions, 10 passes defensed and 94 tackles over three seasons at Alabama.
