Ohio: Rock and Roll Hall exhibit celebrates music festivals

Missed Woodstock? The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum’s new exhibit, Common Ground: The Music Festival Experience, aims to surround visitors with the sights and sounds of a rock festival to evoke the experience in a visceral way. Using video of iconic festivals of the past (Newport, Monterey, Woodstock) and the vibrant, constantly evolving events of the present (Coachella, Bonnaroo, Glastonbury), Common Ground establishes a “you are there” environment. Spanning two floors of the museum, the exhibit invites visitors to to interpret the fan experience and become a part of the crowd.
