Juan Pablo Galavis: won’t watch ‘Bachelorette,’ Dwyane Wade sets a wedding date

No huge surprise here: Juan Pablo Galavis isn’t a fan of the ABC franchise that brought him fame (or is it infamy?) When Life & Style asked the former Bachelor if he’ll be watching the Monday night premiere of The Bachelorette, starring one of his final four ladies, Andi Dorfman, his answer was harsh: “I doubt it.” Even though he’s still going strong with his final pick, pediatric nurse Nikki Ferrell, Galavis has a wee bit of bitterness. “In this case, I have nothing to see there.”

Prom king

What's Justin Bieber doing next Friday night? Belieb it. He may be attending the Miami Senior High School prom. His rumored date would be senior Yovanna Ventura, who posted various pictures on Instagram of her with her famous, um, “amigo.” NBC 6’s Christina Hernandez tried to talk to the smoking young woman on Wednesday about the beleaguered pop singer, but Yovanna, in true celebrity form, avoided the camera. She’s learning from the best.

A source at the school told the local station that regardless of his past and current transgressions, Bieber has been “approved to attend.”

Paparazzi, here's your fair warning for the money shot.

Summer loving

So this is happening. TMZ got ahold of one of Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union’s too cute heart-shaped Save The Date cards. It reads, “To party with us after the I-do’s.” After? Does that mean the official vow swap will be private? Regardless, a sure to be chichi shindig will be going down Aug. 30, a Saturday. The card adds that an official invitation is to follow, but hopefully not for the person who leaked their mail to the website.

Cameron Diaz defends bestie Drew Barrymore

Don’t mess with Cameron Diaz, at least when it comes to her friends. During the around the world media blitz for her latest bomb Sex Tape, the actress called in to Australia’s KIIS 106.5’s Kyle & Jackie O show, and cut short an interview with co-host Kyle Sandilands after he made a comment about her Charlie’s Angels costar Drew Barrymore. Sandilands remarked that the girl in the raunchy comedy (Giselle Eisenberg) reminded him of Barrymore in ET, adding snarkily that he hoped she didn’t go down the same path of drug use. Diaz hit back: “I’m sure, Kyle, you’ve never been through a drug phase, have you? Or alcoholism or anything like that? Pretty clean; always did it right? Congratulations,” then cut the interview short and hung up.
