The Herald has done an excellent job of reporting on the latest findings on climate change and its predicted watery consequences for southeast Florida. Then our newspaper adequately covered Florida’s governor and Cabinet having the last say on Florida Power & Light’s push to put transmission lines along U.S. 1. There were also stories about cities’ opposition. The pre-construction cost to consumers was well-covered, too. But there was no mention of the insanity of the location of the additional nuclear plants.
