NBA Commissioner Adam Silver restored great luster to the NBA by ordering a lifetime ban on Donald Sterling.
Sterling's racist remarks brought tarnish to the league and deep pain to the Clippers players, coach Doc Rivers, Magic Johnson, and a diversity of players across the league. The NBA could reach a level of sparkling brilliance if the Board of Governors were to force a sale to Magic Johnson, a man of unparalleled courage and class. With Magic, the Clippers could move forward into the future as the dynamic, talented team they are. With the L.A. team at its best, we would welcome a Clippers vs. Heat finals this or any year.
