The Sports Network

Bucharest, Romania (SportsNetwork.com) - Defending champion Lukas Rosol and top seed Grigor Dimitrov won their respective semifinal matches at the $590,000 BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy tennis event.

The unseeded big-serving Czech Rosol rallied past Dutchman Robin Haase by a 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 score to win his ninth straight match on the red clay at BNR Arenas.

Rosol will appear in his second ATP World Tour final on Sunday. He topped Spaniard Guillermo Garcia-Lopez in last year's Bucharest finale to capture his lone career ATP title.

Dimitrov was leading third-seeded Gael Monfils by a 5-1 margin in the first set when the Frenchman called it quits due to a right ankle injury.

The rising Bulgarian star and recent Acapulco champion Dimitrov is 2-1 for his career in finals.

This week's winner will collect $106,725.
