A man is dead and a woman faces a charge of second-degree murder after an argument inside a Kendall strip club over the weekend, according to Miami-Dade County police.

An argument started between two men. Soon, , the sister of one of the men got involved, pulled a gun and shot the other man dead, police said.

The shooting took place about 2:30 a.m. Saturday at The Playhouse Gentlemen’s Club, 13045 SW 87th Ave.

Police said Kimberly Matthews, 30, shot Terrence Henderson, 25, as Henderson argued with her brother, Colin Matthews.

“The argument escalated and it turned into a shooting,” Miami-Dade police Detective Elena Hernandez said.

Henderson was taken to Kendall Regional Medical Center, where he died.

A person who saw the shooting held Matthews until police arrived, according to police.

Witnesses told police they saw the shooting and identified Matthews as the suspect, according to the arrest report.
