Is it possible that all of South Florida's criminals are geniuses and everybody at the IRS is a moron? The April 4 article, Feds charge 25 suspects with ID theft, tax fraud in South Florida take-down, would certainly make it seem so.
Filing phony returns has been going on for years, but the jerks at the IRS are still handing out millions without a clue as to to how deal with it.
How could they not know that the name on the return belongs to a 16-year-old high school kid or to an incarcerated prisoner? Why is it so important to send out early refunds?
The crooks sure know how to take advantage of a dumb agency that needs to be totally replaced.
