Miami-based Spanish Broadcasting System delayed its fourth-quarter and full-year 2013 earnings call, scheduled for Tuesday.

The company reported that it needed more time to file its year-end numbers “due to unanticipated delays in resolving the accounting treatment of certain deferred tax assets.” Spanish Broadcasting expects to submit its numbers by April 15 and will reschedule its earnings report and call at a later time.

The company, the largest publicly traded Hispanic-controlled media company in the United States, owns and operates television, radio and website properties in Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Puerto Rico.
