Florida girl Kate Upton came back to her home state Thursday to show her support for Express clothing at a fashion show at The Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl, 21, just inked a modeling deal with the retailer and thinks it’s a good fit, literally.

“I love jeans, so that’s another reason it’s kind of awesome to be with Express,” said Upton, in a strapless white dress, cropped blazer and flat sandals. “Jeans and boots and a nice top is like my uniform.”

But a favorite thing to do when she gets down south is not shopping. Upton would rather go to the beach and eat at Joe’s Stone Crab.

A big trend for spring? “Pencil skirts and cropped tops,” said Upton, who makes it back home to see her family during the holidays. The sometime actress’ more immediate plans include promoting her latest movie, The Other Woman, out next month.

Get your barf bag ready if you don’t want to hear anymore Bachelor news. But here goes: Juan Pablo Galavis is trying to drive home the fact that he and his pick Nikki Ferrell are happy as clams. The couple appeared together at an exhibit by one of LeBron James’ favorite artists, Chicago’s Hebru Brantley, at Toys for Boys event space in Miami on Tuesday. “They were very affectionate, putting their arms around each other and even kissing in public,” an eyewitness told People. Also there: Another Brantley supporter, Lenny Kravitz.

Midlife crisis

Walking in Memphis singer Marc Cohn seems like such a tame sort. But Page Six is reporting that the Grammy winner, who has a gig March 20 at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, cheated on wife Elizabeth Vargas while she was in rehab for alcoholism. The other woman: 50-something Flywheel co-founder Ruth Zukerman, a (former?) family friend. Though Cohn denies the rumor, multiple sources tell Us Weekly that he and the 20/20 anchor, 51, have separated. Let’s see if Cohn pulls a Robin Thicke-type “I want you back” ode at his concert.

Trouble in Boca

Can we say hot mess? Kate Major’s back in the slammer again. Michael Lohan’s troubled girlfriend told TMZ that the two got into an argument and that the former tabloid writer kept smacking Lindsay Lohan’s 53-year-old father in the face then drove off. According to booking information from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Major was arrested and booked on charges of “Battery — Touch or Strike,” “Probation Violation” and “DUI-UNLAW BLD ALCH — DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.” The 31-year-old will stay in jail until facing a judge Tuesday. The contentious couple have a 13-month-old son.
