Coconut Milk Green Smoothie
This dairy-free drink, adapted from from skinnyms.com, is made with coconut milk.
1 cup coconut milk, fresh-made or from a carton
1 ripe banana
2 cups raw spinach
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
