Earls Kitchen + Bar, a Vancouver-based, family-owned restaurant group, opens its first location on the East Coast of the United States at Dadeland Mall in Kendall next Wednesday.
The 8,500-square-foot restaurant, with a lounge, bar and outside patio, will be located at Dadeland’s new Kendall wing. Under Executive Chef Luke Verkuylen, it will offer a diverse menu with global and seasonal dishes, and a focus on locally sourced ingredients, the company said.
Earls Kitchen + Bar has four other restaurants in the United States, in Colorado and Washington. The chain has 61 restaurants in Canada.
