This recipe from Allrecipes.com can be served on whole-wheat buns or bread with condiments or just topped with wilted spinach, caramelized onions and cheese.
1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoons seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 small onion, finely diced
1 egg white, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
In a large bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg white, parsley and garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Form into 4 patties and cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning once to an internal temperature of 180 degrees. Makes 4 burgers.
