This Valentine’s Day weekend only, Lennar is offering sweet deals on new homes at all their communities throughout the tri-county area, a company spokesperson says.

For a limited time, home buyers can save up to $15,000 on premium upgrades, specialty options and/or closing costs, says the spokesperson. Move-in ready homes are now available for touring, so prospective buyers are encouraged to visit a Lennar Welcome Home Center today, says the spokesperson.

With deals available on condominiums, villas, townhomes, single-family and estate homes from Homestead to Jupiter and priced from the $100,000s to $900,000s, Lennar offers something appealing for every family, says the spokesperson.

Families will fall head over heels in love with Lennar’s resort-style living offered at each of the leading home builder’s master-planned communities, with many offering grand amenities such as community clubhouses, pristine pools, children’s water park play areas, fitness centers, basketball and tennis courts, says the spokesperson.

St Maarten at Grand Bay offers luxury condominiums in the heart of Doral, priced in the mid $200,000s. Nestled within Grand Bay’s master-planned community, the neighborhood offers seven home designs.

Amenities will include an expansive, two-story clubhouse with a pool and kids water splash park, state-of-the-art aerobics and fitness centers, and charming gathering areas. Outside, the community will feature tennis and basketball courts, a playground and a park area.
