ODB and Eric Young, TNA’s odd couple
TNA Knockout ODB is in some ways a Stone Cold Steve Austin type for TNA Impact Wrestling. She is a flask carrying, alcohol drinking, no-nonsense wrestler who has a propensity for grabbing her breasts.
Fans love ODB.
A former ice hockey goalie at St. Cloud University in Minnesota, ODB (Jessica Kresa) is a long-time wrestling fan.
ODB was trained in wrestling by Eddie Sharkey. He also trained the Road Warriors (Hawk and Animal), Ravishing Rick Rude, Tom Zenk, Bob Backlund, Jerry Lynn, Sean Waltman, Nord the Barbarian, Barry Demolition Smash Darsow, Rick Steiner, Scott Steiner, Madusa, Jesse The Body Ventura, and Austin Aries.
After working the indies in the Midwest, she wrestled with Ohio Valley Wrestling in Louisville, before joining TNA in 2007 as a TNA Knockouts original. ODB, 34, is a four-time TNA Knockouts champ and a former TNA Knockout tag team champion.

ODB’s on-camera husband in TNA is Eric Young, who also held the TNA Knockouts tag team titles with her.
This is a one-of-kind talent. An Ontario, Canada native, Young, 34, is so diverse and very likeable among fans, peers, management, everyone.
Young can wrestle against all shapes, sizes and skill levels. A diverse personality, he plays funny, serious, nervous, eccentric, extreme and heroic. Super Eric is a fitting depiction/name, and he has a really cool wrestling voice, deep and raspy.
Young was trained by Waldo Von Erich, Scott D’Amore, Chris Kanyon and Carl Leduc in Ontario. In 2004, he joined TNA and has been with the company ever since. He is a former TNA X Division champ, TNA Legends/Global/TV champ, two-time NWA tag team champ and two-time TNA tag team champ.
Young also hosts his own television program, Off the Hook: Extreme Catches, on Animal Planet. It debuted July 29, 2012. A daredevil, Young journeys to meet and fish with the most unique fishermen he can find. Following a successful first season, Animal Planet announced season two which started June 16, 2013 with a double header.
