Justin Bieber gets a March court date in Miami-Dade

A trial date of March 3 has been set in Miami-Dade court in the case of international pop star Justin Bieber, who was charged by Miami Beach police with driving while under the influence of drugs.

Bieber has entered a written plea of not guilty. Prominent attorney Roy Black is representing the 19-year old Canadian.

Bieber cussed out an officer when he and a pal were pulled over in the predawn hours of Jan. 23, according to Miami Beach police.

The officer suspected them of drag racing in a yellow Lamborghini and red Ferrari down a residential street. He also faces charges of resisting arrest and driving with a suspended license.

A toxicology report showed that Bieber had pot and Xanax in his system when he was pulled over.
