Auction of Lilly Pulitzer’s furniture, art and decorative objects on Feb. 22 in West Palm Beach


Furniture, art and decorative objects from the estate of the legendary Palm Beach fashion designer Lilly Pulitzer will be offered for auction by Leslie Hindman Auctioneers, at 11 a.m. on Feb. 22.

The auction of socialite Lilly Pulitzer’s collection will be sold throughout the day at Leslie Hindman’s auction facility at 1608 South Dixie Hwy., West Palm Beach. The preview for the sale will be open February 14, 15 and 17-21, Leslie Hindman Auctioneers said. Highlights include Italian painted furniture, garden ornaments, whimsical ceramics and paintings by American artists.

Pulitzer, who started her fashion business in 1959, died in April 2013, at 81.
