Sofia Vergara celebrates with family at Makoto

Sofia Vergara, dressed in an all-black “skin tight” outfit, says our spy, celebrated her cousin’s birthday surrounded by friends and family Tuesday at Makoto at the Bal Harbour Shops. Her fiancé, Nick Loeb, was not there. The mini family reunion went late into the evening and was one of the last tables to leave the restaurant. Vergara obliged patient fans waiting for photos and autographs.

Don’t all cry at once. Rumor has it that the abysmal Real Housewives of Miami may be put out of its — and our — misery three seasons too late. We contacted Bravo for confirmation; a spokesperson replied, “No comment.”

Actor Carlos Ponce and his actress girlfriend Ximena Duque were spotted Friday night eating at Seasalt & Pepper.

LeBron James and his wife joined friends after the game Tuesday for dinner at Zuma. Chris Bosh and his wife stopped in later for their own dinner. Earlier that evening, Lenny Kravitz was spotted looking casual in a knitted beanie and jeans enjoying sushi with a friend.

John Malkovich and long-term partner Nicoletta Peyran were spotted dining at Restaurant Michael Schwartz at The Raleigh Hotel. Malkovich was happy to greet fans, ending his night at the Martini Bar, where they were overheard saying how much they loved how intimate and quaint it was. Read: No paparazzi or stalkers.

Ivana Trump had lunch with an unidentified male companion Tuesday at Bianca at the Delano.

Miss Universe 2013 Gabriela Isler was spotted enjoying lunch Tuesday at Stephen Starr’s Verde restaurant at PAMM.

Natasha Georgette Williams, the model suing Flo Rida (real name Tramar Lacel Dillard) for child support of her unborn child, is back in court. This time, it’s with a motion filed Thursday for temporary child support, health insurance, hospital and or medical expenses, temporary lawyer’s fees and a request for a hearing on the aforementioned because according to her Miami attorney, Raymond Rafool, “Now he refuses to voluntarily pay any support or expenses and filed motions to extend time to prove his financial discovery or even reply to the petition to deny or admit the allegations. At the very least, he could step up and pay the medical and prenatal expense and support without prejudice until the child is born and proven whether his or not — which my client assures under oath the child is.” A representative of Flo Rida did not respond to a request for comment.

DJ David Guetta has indeed bought an apartment at The Related Group’s East Edgewater condo, Paraiso Bay, where he was expected Friday. We asked a rep if he really “bought” the condo, considering Related Group’s relationship with celebs (see : JLo and Marc Anthony at Icon Brickell) and were told, “Yes. I can confirm that [Guetta bought the place with his own money]. He came during Christmas and met with the developer at the site to close a deal on a penthouse unit.”
