Miami Beach officer in hot water for snapping pic of Justin Bieber

A Miami Beach police officer is under investigation for trying to take a picture of teen idol Justin Bieber following his arrest last week.

The unidentified female officer was asked to leave the area where the 19-year-old superstar was being held at the police station, the department confirmed to Miami Herald newspartner CBS4.

The officer is being investigated for conduct unbecoming a police officer.

Bieber was arrested Jan. 23 for driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest after he was pulled over for allegedly drag racing along Pine Tree Drive on Miami Beach.
