Bobcats' Walker leaves game

The Sports Network

Charlotte, NC (SportsNetwork.com) - Charlotte Bobcats guard Kemba Walker left Saturday's contest with Miami Heat after suffering a left ankle sprain.

Near the midway point of the third quarter, Walker appeared to step on Heat forward Chris Bosh's foot as he drove to the basket. The Connecticut product immediately fell to the floor in obvious pain, clutching his left ankle.

A pair of teammates helped Walker off the court and to the locker room and x- rays were negative.

He had six points and eight assists before exiting and is not expected to return.
