The Herald’s Money section has made me wiser and more informed. After reading the Jan. 11 article, Universal connection, I will be contacting my broker and, as advised in tips for long-term investments, I will diversify into stocks. I’ll still shop at Target with cash knowing Target was a target of identity thieves and not really responsible for this incident.
I’m glad that I don’t contribute to the increasing problem of electronic waste. My computer is 10 years old so is my cell phone. I find it interesting there is a column, Gadgets and Gizmos, next to this piece promoting more stuff that will eventually be trashed.
The Herald has made huge contributions to my life by keeping me informed and aware of what is happening. It has provided me with business advice, delicious recipes, movie reviews and laughs. There’s no way the Internet can compete.
