Girl Scouts mobilizing troops for annual cookie incursion

Girl Scouts are loading up on cookies for their annual sale. This week, A-1 Fargo in East Kendall hosted some troops, distributing thousands of cookies to the girls for the big kickoff. Cookies will be on sale from Jan. 16 through Feb. 17. Each box of Girl Scout cookies is $4. The cookies are sold to help to build courage, confidence and character in the more than 20,000 girls throughout Miami who participate.
