Hugo & Victor opens first U.S. location, inside The Webster in Miami Beach

Hugo & Victor, a Parisian pastry and chocolate shop with a season-based pastry menu, has opened its first permanent location in the United States, inside The Webster Miami, at 1220 Collins Ave., Miami Beach.

Founded by three Michelin Star-rated chef Hugues Pouget and Sylvain Blanc, the patisserie is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as offering a special tea time and happy hour menu.

Hugo & Victor Miami, which has a café and outside terrace, offers its signature seasonal pastry menu, as well as à la carte fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches and savory dishes for lunch and pastries for breakfast.
