TERRA defeats Mater Academy in District 16-5A girls’ soccer semifinals

Carolina Schooley and Nina Maceo each scored one goal to lead TERRA over host Mater Academy 2-0 on Tuesday in the District 16-4A girls’ soccer semifinals at Traz Powell Stadium.

Schooley and Maceo scored the goals, but Adriana Speckmaier saved the game for TERRA, literally. Spechmaier recorded 15 saves in goal en route to a shutout. TERRA improves to 11-5-1 and will face Miami Springs in the next round of the playoffs.
