Burger King CEO set for Wednesday morning talk in Dania Beach

 

Burger King’s CEO is set to address a local real estate group on what the fast-food seller sees ahead for 2014.

Daniel Schwartz, head of the Miami-based restaurant chain since June, is scheduled to speak Wednesday morning at a panel discussion on the economic outlook for South Florida. NAIOP, formerly the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, is organizing the sold-out event, which begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Fishing Hall of Fame in Dania Beach.

Other listed panelists for the NAIOP are: Stuart Wyllie, president of the Graham Cos.; Keith Koenig, president of City Furniture; David Roda, regional chief investment officer with Wells Fargo, and Marc Cannon, senior vice president of communications for AutoNation. Andrew Ansin, vice president of Sunbeam Properties, will moderate.
