Soy Sesame Dressing



Soy Sesame Dressing

3/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium is OK)

1/2 cup rice-wine vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Place all the ingredients in a glass jar, fasten lid tightly and shake well to combine. Use as a salad dressing or over steamed vegetables. Makes about 11/2 cups, 6 servings 2-tablespoon servings.
