One dead, one injured in early morning shooting

An early morning shooting Monday in Northwest Miami-Dade left one man dead and another in serious condition, according to police.

At about 4 a.m. the Miami-Dade Police Department responded to a shooting at 1590 NW 81st Terrace, Police found a 43-year-old man dead and a 30-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his chest. The man was taken to Ryder Trauma Center in serious, but stable condition, according to police. Identities were not released

The shooter took off, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call Miami-Dade Crimestoppers at 305-471-8477.
