I am one of the many unemployed in Florida. I have to submit at least five job applications each week via www.Floridajobs.org. Problems occur regularly, however. Recently, after submitting my Social Security and PIN numbers, I got an error message and was told to call the Florida Reemployment office.
Problem is, they always have “more than the usual volume” of calls and I am asked then to call later. If it goes on for more than a few days, how can it be “more than usual volume?” Unless people are able to submit job applications, we are unable to receive unemployment benefits.
