Florida City shooting leaves at least one man dead

One person is dead after four men got into a shootout on a Florida City street over “who looked at who in a bad way,” Detective Henry Quintero said.

The shooting spree happened about 10 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of NW 13th Ter., the detective said.

According to Quintero:

The men, who have not been identified, did not know each other before meeting in the street. An argument broke out, and all four men began shooting at each other, likely using pistols.

One man was shot in the head and later died. The other three were shot in the chests, legs and arms. They are expected to survive.

No one is in custody.
