1. Art Basel events crank up Tuesday with several exhibitions and the Design District Art Fair.

2. Healthcare.gov is working better Tuesday morning, but some South Florida users are still stymied in trying to use the website for Obamacare.

3. The Miami Heat is back on the home court Tuesday night as the Detroit Pistons come to AmericanAirlines Arena. Will LeBron James continue his hot streak?

4. Miami police are looking for two suspects in the robbery of a Miami Heat player at a Biscayne Boulevard cafe. Two others are in custody in the Rolex-robbery of Heat backup Roger Mason Jr.

5. The fog is gone, and Tuesday is starting out as cool and clear. Forecasters expect a partly sunny day with a high in the m id-70s and a low in the mid-60s.
