Leave it to perky actress Rashida Jones to get Jimmy Fallon to wear an ear cuff on national television. The talk show host was a good sport Thursday, helping his guest promote her new jewelry line Fine By Dannijones, which she started with two friends. “The concept was to make [pieces] that you would never have to take off,” explains the “Parks and Recreation” star. Hmm, not sure how that ear cuff would feel on the pillow. Joking aside, the stuff’s pretty dainty and made for the ladies. Shop at dannijo.com/fine-by-dannijones.html

Still feel as stuffed as the Thanksgiving turkey and just as dead? Think about cleaning out the system at the Miami Institute for Aging and Intervention on Brickell, where they serve up — as viewers of this past season of “Real Housewives of Miami” may recall — an IV drip of vitamins. The (H-wives say) painless procedure takes between 15 and 45 minutes and starts at $120. How ironic: A side glass of wine is optional. 305-624-0009; miamiinstitute.com

Hoedowns and rapping don’t usually go in the same sentence, but hey, this is showbiz. If you’re not too distracted by Ke$ha’s bare flesh in Pitbull’s video for his new song “Timber,” check out the surroundings. Mr. 305 carted his entourage over to the 954 to shoot at the country-western bar Round Up in Davie. Bring your cowboy hat and get your line dancing on yourself at a popular spot that has been visited by Keith Urban (which makes way more sense). roundupnightclub.com 954-423-1990.

The next time audiences see them together, they won’t be so funny. In the opening scene of the writer-director Craig Johnson’s The Skeleton Twins, opening Friday, the two actors wield their hard-won chemistry to portray a brother and sister who decide to attempt suicide on the same night.
